Sam founded Deryve to work on exciting projects at the intersection of Research & Development (R&D), Optimisation, and Applied Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI).
Over 10+ years, Sam has worked on dozens of R&D and improvement projects across a range of industries. Highlights include increasing the capacity of a biscuit factory, reducing waste in a crisp packet plant, developing novel cooling and spraying technologies, and optimising the microstructure of lithium-ion batteries.
